"This was our first time visiting Vietnam, and we’re so glad we booked with AsiaMystika. Ms. Jade was super helpful from the very beginning — always quick to respond and happy to adjust the itinerary to match what we were looking for. Everything was smooth: airport pickups, hotel check-ins, and daily tours all went exactly as planned. Our guide in Ninh Binh was fantastic and made the boat ride feel even more special with his stories. We felt completely looked after, and the whole trip was stress-free and full of great memories. Would definitely recommend"

Our family had part of our trip plan with Mr.Arthur this past March 2025. He helped setup all our pickups from airports to hotels and arrange all our in-flights within Việt Nam. He also customized four trips between Hanoi, Danang, Hoian including the Ha Long Bay cruise. We could not be happier with the travel agency. All our day trips was customized to what we really want and sometimes modify at last minute. Mr.Arthur always try very hard to help us. If you want a more private tour group, they are the best. Best listener and patience with all my questions before the trip. I cannot thank the team enough for a great trip especially Arthur who was always making sure everything is going well. Thank you 😊

"Asia Mystika were absolutely amazing and listened to our brief very well. They were very quick to respond and suggest options for us. The itinerary they came up with was exactly as we wanted, including many off the beaten track activities, which we would otherwise have not done. We had a fairly tight schedule and wanted to see Hanoi, Da Nang and Hoi An, and Ho Chi Minh, as well as end with some beach relaxation. This was all achieved, the drivers and tour guides were wonderful, with fabulous English, and modern, clean and safe vehicles and drivers. Communication with them was fast and fantastic, even when having to change our plans last minute. Highly recommended and we will be recommending to our friends and family."

We just spent the best 3 weeks in Vietnam. Asia Mystika organized an amazing itinerary. Mr.Billy coordinated everything so perfectly from the booking to the last day of our trip. Billy welcomed us in Hanoi in person with gifts. He thought about every details (birthday celebrations and anniversary). He checked on how it was going every time we were in a different region. Every private guides and drivers were very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and made sure we had the best time. The hotels were very nice. We discovered three regions and loved each of them. We really learned a lot about the culture. We finished our busy trip with 4 nights on Phu Quoc island which was perfect place to relax. The highlight was the 2 nights cruise in Halong Bay on the Legend dragon. We loved every part of the trip. Really everything was wonderful and we got a great travel experience We would highly recommend the agency. Thank you Billy for your planning.

"Our second experience with Asia Mystika, would definitely use them again. Itineraries are personalized, and reflect the requirements of each traveler. The organization is second to none. From being met at the Saigon airport (when we were very late) to being transported to and from our tours in modern ac vehicles. The guides were freindly, professional and informative. Loved every moment, can’t wait to return, thanks Mr.Billy and AsiaMystika team"

My trip to Vietnam was an unforgettable experience. From the stunning landscapes to the delicious food to the friendly people, everything was perfect. I highly recommend Vietnam to anyone looking for an amazing travel adventure. It's a trip I'll cherish forever.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to travel around Vietnam. The transportation options are plentiful, and the locals are very helpful. Even if you don't speak Vietnamese, you can easily get by with English in the tourist areas. A very welcoming and easy-to-navigate country.

Vietnam is an incredibly affordable destination. Accommodation, food, transportation, and activities are all very reasonably priced. You can travel comfortably on a budget, making it a great value for money destination. Perfect for those looking to stretch their travel dollars.

Vietnamese food is simply amazing. From the fragrant pho to the crispy banh mi to the fresh spring rolls, every dish is a burst of flavor. The street food is incredible – so cheap and delicious! And don't forget to try the Vietnamese coffee – it's strong and addictive!

Billy was our guide in Da Nang and Hoi An, and he was equally impressive. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and shared so much interesting information with us. He was also very friendly and engaging, making our tour both informative and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Arthur was our guide for the Hanoi and Ninh Binh portions of our trip, and he was exceptional. His passion for Vietnamese history and culture was infectious, and he brought the places we visited to life with his stories and insights. He made our trip so much more meaningful.

Hoi An is pure magic. The ancient town is incredibly charming, with its colorful lanterns, tailor shops, and delicious street food. Wandering through the streets at night, with the lanterns lit up, was a truly enchanting experience. Getting some clothes tailored was a must, and the local cuisine was fantastic. Hoi An is a must-visit for anyone traveling to Vietnam.

Da Nang is a breath of fresh air! Beautiful beaches, modern bridges (the Dragon Bridge is a sight to behold!), and a bustling city center make it a dynamic destination. I loved relaxing on My Khe Beach and exploring the Marble Mountains. Da Nang offers a great mix of relaxation and exploration.

Ninh Binh is aptly nicknamed "Inland Halong Bay." The scenery is just as stunning, with limestone karsts rising from the rice paddies and rivers. Taking a boat trip through the Trang An grottoes was a peaceful and breathtaking experience. A must-see for nature lovers and photographers!

Hanoi was my starting point, and it immediately captivated me. The energy of the Old Quarter, the delicious street food (pho, bun cha – I tried them all!), and the serene beauty of Hoan Kiem Lake made it a city I won't soon forget. Exploring the backstreets and soaking in the atmosphere was a highlight. A truly vibrant introduction to Vietnam!

We reached out to Go Asia in September 2024 to plan a Vietnam tour, and Billy got back to us right away. He asked about our preferences to create a customized itinerary, and he quickly put together a fantastic plan that we were excited to book. While some might hesitate to book this way, especially since we had to arrange our own flights, I can’t recommend Billy and the team at Asia Mystika highly enough. Billy stayed in touch via email throughout the entire process, and he always responded promptly to any questions we had (considering the time difference). When we arrived at our hotel, Billy met us in person to review the itinerary and address any last-minute questions. The trip he organized was perfect for us—every excursion and taxi pickup was well-coordinated and always on time, with Billy staying in touch throughout our entire stay. We chose the 3-star option, and each hotel Billy selected was excellent, in prime locations with warm, friendly, and helpful staff. After our 7-day tour, we wanted to enjoy some time at the beach, and Billy gave us great advice on where to stay. Overall, our trip was absolutely amazing and went off without a hitch. It was fantastic value for money and worth every penny. We highly recommend Asia Mystika and will definitely book through them again when we return to Vietnam!

Jane

We feel so lucky to have found Asia Mystika, with Arthur as our main contact. He was absolutely wonderful—professional, attentive, and always available whenever we needed him. Arthur even took the time to visit us at our hotel, which was a nice personal touch. Our journey began in Hanoi, followed by an overnight stay in Ninh Binh, and then we flew down to Da Nang, where we stayed at the lovely Canvas Hotel in Hoi An. Arthur and the Asia Mystika team took care of all the details, from arranging taxis to coordinating pick-ups, making sure every part of our itinerary went smoothly. We highly recommend Asia Mystika and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again. The excellent service and unforgettable experience truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Arthur!

Vanessa

We booked our 6-night tour of Vietnam through Asia Mystika and were initially a bit nervous about how everything would go. But from the start, Billy stayed in close contact with us, providing plenty of information about the upcoming trip, which put us at ease. Everything went smoothly—timing was spot-on, and we were met exactly as outlined in our itinerary. Most of the hotels exceeded our expectations, except for one, but that was easily made up for when we decided to upgrade from the 13-hour train ride and enjoy an extra night at the charming Canvas Hotel in Danang. The tour guides spoke great English and shared a lot of knowledge about the places we visited. The only downside was our time in Hoi An, where we felt a bit of pressure to buy some touristy items. But overall, it was a wonderful holiday filled with excellent hotels, delicious food, and plenty of exciting excursions. I would absolutely recommend Asia Mystika to anyone considering a trip to this beautiful, friendly, and scenic country!

Our group booked a tour that took us from Hanoi to Ninh Binh Bay and then over to Danang. The guides they provided spoke good English and shared lots of interesting information about each area. Some of the tour operators were a bit pushy about selling extras like cable car rides or upgraded boat experiences, but overall, it wasn't a big issue. The hotels were actually better than what I usually choose when traveling and quite comfortable for the regions we visited. We did have a rough experience with a bus operator who tried to charge us extra, and when we refused, he made our border crossing stressful, even threatening to leave us behind if we took too long. Thankfully, Arthur, our contact at Asia Mystika, was always available to help sort out any issues and answer any questions we had.

Ryan

We had an amazing 7-day tour, and Mr. Arthur took such great care of us! Everything was handled so efficiently, from the hotels to the trips, especially the 2-day, 1-night cruise in Halong Bay. We had a wonderful, worry-free experience. Thank you, Mr. Arthur, for making our 7-day trip so memorable. We’ve already started sharing our experience with friends and family!

Billy at Asia Mystika made our trip absolutely seamless, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again. Although we traveled independently, we felt completely confident knowing he was just a phone call or text away whenever we needed him. The trip itself was amazing—everything from the tours to the hotels and transfers was arranged and carefully selected in advance. I can’t say enough good things about Billy and Asia Mystika! Thank you for making our holiday truly unforgettable!

We went on a 7-day tour from north to south Vietnam, and Asia Mystika exceeded our expectations in every way. From the booking process and visa application to the meet-and-greet, airport pickups, and tours of all the must-see spots, everything was handled with professionalism. Our host at Asia Mystika, Arthur, whom we met in Hanoi, was absolutely amazing. He was always available to answer any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The tours were incredibly well-coordinated, providing us with a fantastic overview of Vietnam. The tour guides were knowledgeable, the facilities were excellent, and the hotels were carefully selected, always located in the best tourist areas. We felt very well taken care of by Arthur and the Asia Mystika team, and we highly recommend them as a top choice for anyone planning a trip to Vietnam.

What a tour. So many wonderful dishes, that we would of not found on our own. Billy was informative at just about everything - history, culture, food. He was very kind with my little girl and we would absolutely recommend Billy's tour to anyone.

What an incredible food tour! My husband and I had an amazing evening exploring the streets of Hanoi with Anh (Mr. Arthur), tasting all kinds of delicious traditional Vietnamese dishes. Mr. Arthur was such a friendly guide, sharing so much knowledge about the food, the history of Vietnam, and life in Hanoi in general. If we ever return to Hanoi, we’ll definitely book another tour with Mr. Arthur. Highly recommended!

My cooking class in Hanoi, Vietnam, was truly fantastic—one of the most authentic experiences I've ever had. It wasn’t just about cooking; it was an immersive dive into the local culture. We kicked off the day by visiting the bustling local markets, where we were given Vietnamese currency to buy fresh ingredients. This hands-on approach allowed us to connect with local vendors, making the whole experience feel even more genuine. After gathering everything, we headed to a local home, and that’s where the real magic happened. Cooking in an actual Vietnamese kitchen, with the warm hospitality of our hosts, made it such a special experience. Arthur, our tour support, along with the other students, made the entire process so fun and educational. The food we made was absolutely delicious, but what really stood out was the connection we felt to the local culture and way of life. This wasn’t just a cooking class—it was a deeper understanding of Vietnam. A big thank you to Tom and all the students for making it such an unforgettable experience!

Theodora

We had an amazing day-long tour around Ninh Binh with our guide Billy, who was truly fantastic! He planned the day perfectly, ensuring we visited as many spots as possible while giving us breaks to escape the summer heat. He also recommended a great place for lunch. At our last stop, I accidentally left my wallet at a drink shop, but didn’t realize it until about 15 minutes later. Billy immediately sprang into action, making a few calls and spreading the word through local social groups. He took us back to the shop, but there was no sign of the wallet. Not giving up, Billy spotted a security camera, insisted on reviewing the footage, and managed to track down my wallet! Without his quick thinking and determination, I would have lost it for sure. We only had a couple of hours before catching a train to Danang, so a huge thank you to Billy! He’s not only a great guide but also incredibly resourceful.

Kimberly

Our guide was absolutely lovely—so welcoming and easy to chat with! We visited a variety of different places and got to enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine with a great selection of dishes. He gave us interesting background info about the food we were eating and even shared some tips on how to make the rolls. We went to 5 or 6 spots that we never would have found on our own, and we’re so glad we had him to show us around. We ended the tour with an egg coffee, which was more like a dessert than a drink—it was delicious! Afterward, we asked him to drop us off at Train Street. The tour lasted about 3.5 hours and was the perfect way to spend an evening!

Highly recommended mostly because of my fantastic guide, Arthur! He was extremely knowledgeable about Hanoi and Vietnamese history and culture. The highlight of the trip for me was visiting the Ho Chi Minh complex, and I was very happy to have Arthur as my tour support. I also appreciated his expert guidance at the Temple of Literature. Arthur was very flexible and was able to adjust the agenda to things I was especially interested in seeing. He also went above and beyond by helping buy stamps at the post office at the end of the day. 5 stars! And a huge thank you to Arthur!

Zyler

We reached out to Asia Mystika to customize our trip, and it couldn’t have gone better! After a video call with Arthur, he planned the entire trip perfectly, covering all the places we wanted to visit. We booked all our tours and accommodations through Asia Mystika, and everything was arranged within our budget. Taylor, the customer service agent, was incredibly helpful and always available whenever we needed assistance—truly one of the best we’ve encountered! He explained everything to us during another video call before we even arrived in Vietnam, and everything went smoothly as planned. We toured both the North and Central regions of Vietnam, and every single day was amazing!

Maisie

We’d like to extend a big thank you to Asia Mystika, especially Billy and Arthur, for making our Vietnam journey truly marvelous and perfectly tailored to us. Every tour guide we met was professional, dedicated, and kept everything running smoothly, making our trip just perfect. We will definitely recommend your agency to our family and friends who are planning to visit Vietnam. Thank you for everything!

Mateo

Our Vietnam tour was absolutely perfect! Arthur was incredibly helpful and crafted a tour tailored exactly to our needs. We explored Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Hoi An, and Danang, and everything—from the organization to the tour guides, hotels, transfers, and overall support—was exceptional. I would recommend Asia Mystika 100%! A big thank you to the team for making our trip so special!

Addison

The tour was fantastic—so well organized and an incredible value for money. Mr. Arthur, our contact in Vietnam, was extremely helpful and quick to respond to all of our emails, making sure everything we asked for was taken care of. The hotels were well-chosen and, aside from a few minor issues, were excellent. We had a wonderful time in Ninh Binh at the Majestic Resort, with more activities planned than we expected, which was a pleasant surprise. We were initially a bit unsure about taking the overnight train from Hanoi to Da Nang, but we ended up loving the experience and are so glad we did it. We also appreciated having plenty of free time during the tour to explore on our own. Big thanks to Mr. Arthur for all his hard work—you truly did a great job!

Karter

We were so lucky to have the wonderful Billy as our guide during our trip through Vietnam (Hanoi – Ninh Binh – Danang – Hoi An). Every time we met him at the Hanoi airport, he greeted us with the biggest smile. He was always happy, enthusiastic, and incredibly knowledgeable! Billy showed us the best of Hanoi, sharing all the beautiful sights and experiences it has to offer. In Hoi An, he went above and beyond by helping us find tailors to make some clothes and answering all our questions and requests. The charm of Hoi An is incredible, but it’s the people, like Billy, that truly make it special. Thank you so much, Billy, for creating memories that will last a lifetime! We can’t wait to come back and see your cheerful, smiling face again!

Sebastian

This was a little treat during my business trip to Vietnam. While there were other tour groups in some of the spots we visited, parts of the trip were quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciated. The food was fantastic, and our tour guide Arthur was amazing—super knowledgeable and helpful. I chose to ride a scooter instead of a bicycle and absolutely loved it! Just a tip: bring some cash for tips and extra drinks. If you're visiting in September, remember it's the rainy season, so pack some water-friendly shoes (I brought chacos), and you’ll be all set. I also brought a waterproof phone pouch to hang around my neck for easy photo-taking!

Beatrix

Mr. Billy was an incredibly friendly, courteous, and helpful tour guide. He patiently shared valuable information about each place we visited, making the experience even more enjoyable. A big thank you, Billy! We hope to see you again, maybe in 2025! 🙏🏼👍🏼

Mariah

Arthur, our tour support, was super passionate and friendly, which made the experience really enjoyable. The tour itself was well-organized and on time, and they even provided water for us, with a very comfortable coach for the journey. The only slight letdown was the My Son Sanctuary, as much of it has been rebuilt, which took away from the original feel. I’m not sure if it was because our guide didn’t have much to share, or if there simply isn’t that much to say about the site.

Cleo T

My brother and I enjoyed a memorable tour of Hanoi and Halong Bay, thanks to Asia Mystika. The itinerary was well-organized, and the scenic views were spectacular. Helen, our travel agent, took care of everything—from a seamless airport pickup to a fantastic tour. Halong Bay was particularly impressive with the Dragon Cruise’s delicious meals and fun group activities. The Old Quarters in Hanoi were great for shopping and relaxation, and our stay at Mina Hotel & Spa was very pleasant with friendly staff and a great breakfast. The service was excellent, and the cost was very reasonable. Asia Mystika’s prompt responses and constant online support were very impressive. Highly recommended!
