1. All terms of use of VietAIR for booking, quick payment of air tickets and other services are posted on VietAIR website and provided by VietAIR support team.
2. VietAIR Website belongs to Tam Vuong Joint Stock Company, headquartered at: Office Space 301, 3rd floors, Shopping Mall, NationalDe/pp-2fence Academy block, Xuan La Ward, Tay Ho District, Hanoi.
3. Airline agent VietAIR provides air ticket service to customers as a first-class agent recognized by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and has an agency contract with firms. Airline belongs to IATA (Traditional Airline). For air ticket service on low-cost airlines (LCC) and not a member of IATA, VietAIR provides services to customers as the representative for customers in signing a purchase contract. tickets with the LCC.

II. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES
1. Accepting the terms of use is a necessary condition to use VietAIR's services and support centers.

5. All regulations relating to BOOKING, REQUEST FOR BOOKING and QUICK BUY are updated on VietAIR website.
6. The content of VietAIR website is protected by law.
7. In order to make reservations, REQUEST FOR TICKETS and QUICK BUY for services and air tickets, users need to have an email address (E-mail) and an active phone number.
8. The user agrees to allow us to use the personal information that the user has provided to us within the allowable scope to make the BOOKING, TICKET REQUEST and FAST BUYING, including complaints about BOOKING, REQUEST FOR BOOKING and FAST BUY within the business.
9. Trade names, names, designs and trademarks posted at VietAIR are protected by law. Users must not take any action that violates the intellectual property rights of trade names, names, designs and trademarks on the company's website.

11. Users or persons named on air tickets should have all valid documents for travel by air such as: identity card, passport, valid visa and still valid at that time.
12. Users are solely responsible if there is no entry and transit visa as prescribed. The user is responsible for understanding the information on visa requirements before making a flight booking at VietAIR
13. We are not responsible in case of booking, REQUEST FOR TICKET cannot be performed for technical reasons (errors of GDS systems) or force majeure cases.
14. Responsibility for carrying air transport services does not belong to traditional airlines, LCCs that the user has signed a transportation contract. We are not responsible for the following specific cases:
a. Any delay or change in the flight of a traditional airline or low-cost airline;
b. Quality of aviation services and related services (eg lost luggage);
c. Customers who bought tickets but did not arrive during the check-in time to board the plane;
d. The customer has purchased a ticket but does not use the ticket and does not make the journey according to the ticket purchased;
e. Customers who bought a ticket but did not use the entire journey purchased on the ticket (eg one-way travel for a round-trip ticket);
f. Customers are refused transportation because they do not have all the required personal documents (eg without a visa, a fake visa, no passport, ID card, lack of necessary documents when traveling). travel with minors);
15. All complaints relating to the performance of the contract of carriage will be made by the user directly with traditional airlines or LCCs. Complaints should be in accordance with traditional airlines and LCC regulations.
16. Vietir is not liable to compensate users if the cause is determined by force majeure circumstances, not responsible for the choice of flights of the user or the person named on the ticket. .
17. In all cases, the maximum level of compensation that we compensate customers is equal to the service fee paid by the customer when using the service on VietAIR.
Booking (BOOKING): means the user visits VietAIR website or through VietAIR ticket agent agent to buy air tickets on traditional airlines according to the criteria (for example, flight route, flight date) selected by the user.
1. The user makes a reservation through the VietAIR webiste or through a direct exchange or via telephone with the staff.
2. The user agrees to the terms of use when making a reservation

4. Reservations may not be possible if the User skips one of the above four items.
5. In order to make a booking, the user should provide the number of information relating to the user's choice of flight ticket as follows:
a. Place of departure and destination;
b. Departure date, return date;
c. The number of adults, including the elderly (60 years and older). Number of babies (0-2 years), children (2-12 years).
d. Select only direct flights;
6. When starting a reservation, the user needs to check and ensure the accuracy of all the data provided. 9. After the user has received confirmation of the booking, confirm the receipt of payment from the VietAIR ticket agent staff if the ticket price or ticketing period changes employees. 10. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the above personal information as well as parameters for the selection of flights. 11. Booking of the user will be verified by VietAIR by sending the user an email with the content including: booking code on VietAIR and all information related to the booked flights. 12. VietAir.tv can send users additional information on booking code and ticket purchase time via SMS, if the user provides mobile phone number.
13. Confirm the booking that VietAIR sends to the email of the user is not a ticket and is not valid for flights.
14. Total cost, including airfare and service charge, is calculated in Vietnamese Dong and includes VAT (if applicable), if applicable.
15. The user will receive the electronic ticket after making the payment within the booking period indicated in the booking confirmation and the payment amount in accordance with the terms of use.
16. Users understand that providing sufficient information to the payment required in the booking confirmation will be the basis for making the reservation. Regardless of the delay, the lack of information may lead to a failure to make a reservation.
17. The payment of part of the total cost or payment after the booking deadline means that the payment is not yet made.
18. The user may pay by one of the payment methods offered during the booking confirmation. Users understand that VietAIR does not guarantee that all forms of payment will be applied to different bookings. Payment methods for each different booking may vary depending on whether the reservation is on a traditional airline or a low-cost airline.
19. User agrees that, if the payment date is not specified in any other terms, it is understood as the date on which the total cost, including the fare and service fee of VietAIR is paid in cash or to one of the bank accounts of Tam Vuong Trade and Service Joint Stock Company and is done during working hours.
20. According to the regulations VietAIR provides payment forms, Users can choose the following payment methods:

b. Payment by credit card, domestic ATM card through payment gateway integrated by VietAIR.
c. Pay by cash at VietAIR air ticket agent or branches of banks where we have accounts;
d. We deliver tickets to our customers within 10km of VietAIR's agents and branches.
e. Pay by POS card that employees bring to the customer address depending on the area.
21. The user agrees that before the ticket is completed, we do not guarantee that the fare as indicated in the booking confirmation will not change. Airline fares for airlines are subject to change. The user agrees that the fare may change during the period from when the user receives a booking confirmation until the user makes the payment.
22. At any stage before VietAIR air ticket agent has completed the ticket issuance, if the ticket price changes, VietAIR will immediately notify the user by email or phone. This notice will only be available during business hours. When receiving a notice of a fare change, the user has the right to: Pay extra for the difference and continue making the reservation; or cancel the reservation. When deciding to cancel the reservation because of the change in the price of the ticket, the user will receive all the paid items to make this reservation. The airline is responsible for the causes of this change.
23. In case the airline has a change in the ticketing time limit, VietAIR air ticket agent will not be required to comply with the ticketing deadline announced to the previous user. Users who agree with the new ticketing deadline need to comply with the regulations on ticketing deadlines according to new deadlines. If you disagree with a change in the new ticketing time limit, the user has the right to cancel the reservation. Failure to pay before the new ticket deadline means that the user requests to cancel the reservation
24. We are not responsible for any occurrence, including costs incurred by the user to make a reservation according to the previous booking confirmation, which is caused by the copper user. Pay by credit card
25. Users agree that credit card payments can be made through the following methods:
a. Direct payment with the airline;
b. Payment through integrated payment gateways;

26. The user is responsible for paying with his credit card in accordance with the conditions that he has signed with the credit card issuer. VietAIR is not responsible in any way for the use of credit cards. Users are responsible for the reliability of updated credit card information on credit card payment forms to purchase air tickets. By using a credit card to pay, the user ensures that the user is the owner of this credit card or the credit card owner has agreed to use this. VietAIR may require the user to complete a credit card statement to clearly identify the cardholder's identity before approving payment by credit card. In this case, the user should complete the credit card statement and return it to the agent of VietAIR ticket before the booking time. If the user does not complete the declaration on time, the reservation may not be possible. In case of doubt about the accuracy of the credit card information or the identity of the cardholder, we reserve the right to refuse payment by credit card and immediately notify the user.
27. In particular, the user agrees that in order to make payment by credit card, the user should provide the following information to VietAIR or to the staff of the VietAIR ticket agent.
a. Full name of the credit card owner.
b. Credit card type.
c. Credit Card Number.
d. Card expiration time.
28. The user agrees that providing the above information about the credit card does not mean that the card issuer will agree to the user making this payment. VietAIR is not responsible in case the payment is declined and will immediately notify the user when the payment is declined. In this case, the user can choose other forms of payment.
29. Users agree that with credit card payment, the user's credit card account will be charged an amount equivalent to the fare, service fee paid to VietAIR and card payment fee. credit (if any).
30. By providing the information as indicated in the above section, the User agrees to use a credit card to pay an amount equivalent to the airfare plus the service fee to VietAIR and the card payment fee. credit (if any). This payment is understood as the payment for a plane ticket by reservation.
31. Authentication of the credit card of the user is only carried out during working hours and the ticket will be issued immediately if the credit card is approved for payment. In the event of a card denial, our staff will immediately notify the reservationist.
32. In case the booking is made through an agent of the VietAIR ticket agent, the ticket will be sent to the user if the credit card is approved for payment. In case the card is not approved, the staff will immediately notify the user.
33. Our staff will immediately contact the reservationist in the following case:
a. Lack of information to authenticate users' credit cards;
b. Airlines do not accept payment of a certain card;
c. The airline does not accept payment by credit card for some types of tickets
34. In case the credit card payment is not made, the user can choose another form of payment or cancel the reservation ahead of time. The user is solely responsible for the risks associated with the declined credit card payment.
35. Agree to pay by credit card as a form of payment for bookings. However ticket agent VietAIR confirmed that this does not guarantee that the fare will not change. The airline can completely change the fare after the user has agreed to make payment by credit card. If there is a change in fare during the period from the time the credit card payment was made until before the ticket was issued.
Pay by bank transfer
36. The user may use the transfer form to pay if this form of payment is accepted in the booking confirmation. Upon payment by bank transfer, the user will receive confirmation from the bank about the transfer. Payment in cash

Pay at home
38. Service users may choose to pay at home, but must follow and pay additional service fees offered by VietAIR.
Cancel the reservation
39. The user can cancel the booking within the time of ticket purchase, before the ticket has been issued by contacting the staff during business hours. Cancel booking before the ticket purchase deadline will not be charged cancellation fee.
40. Airlines may cancel bookings during the ticket purchase period, before the tickets have been exported for some reason from the airline or in force majeure circumstances. TICKET REQUEST (ORDERING): means the user accesses VietAIR website or through support staff of VietAIR agent to buy air tickets on LCC. 13. The user agrees that the ticket price received in the confirmation of TICKET REQUEST from VietAIR is completely subject to change until the ticket purchase has been completed (ticket has been exported). Fares are subject to change even after the user has made a payment for the TICKET REQUEST.
14. In cases where the fare changes after the user has made a TICKET REQUEST, including changes within the time period from the time the User has received confirmation of the REQUEST. BOOKING or have paid until before the ticket has been issued, VietAIR ticket agent staff will immediately notify the user by email or by phone. 16. 18. When making a ticket purchase on LCCs, VietAIR air ticket agent acts as a representative of the User. VietAIR is not responsible for the actions and errors of LCCs. Users approve the rules, terms of service use of LCC.
19. Changing the information in the TICKET REQUEST may result in new TICKET REQUIREMENTS. When there is any change in the information in the TICKET REQUIREMENTS, we do not guarantee that the flight, seat status, fare will not change.
20. Users agree that some interfaces of VietAIR website may provide some advice on flights. These consultations are made purely for the purpose of serving promotional programs and Users can fully accept or reject these advice. The selection or rejection of these consultations is the right of the user and VietIR is not responsible for the users' choices.

Pay
26. The user may pay with one of the payment methods indicated in the TICKET REQUEST. Payment methods for each different TICKET REQUIREMENTS may vary depending on which TICKET REQUIREMENTS are on the traditional airline or LCC. The user agrees that the fare may change during the period from when the user receives confirmation of the TICKET REQUEST until the user makes the payment. 37. By providing the above information, the user agrees to use a credit card to pay an amount equivalent to the airfare plus the service fee for VietAIR and the card payment fee (if any). This payment is understood as the payment of a flight ticket under the TICKET REQUEST.
38. User credit card verification is only done during business hours. In case the user makes a TICKET REQUEST and pay by credit card directly to the agent's staff VietAIR air tickets, tickets will be issued immediately if the credit card is approved for payment. In case the card is rejected, the staff will immediately notify the user.
39. VietAIR air ticket agent will immediately contact the user in the following case:

41. Agree to pay by credit card is a form of payment for TICKET REQUEST. However, VietIR confirmed that this does not guarantee that the fare will not change. The airline can completely change the fare after the user has agreed to make payment by credit card.
Pay by bank transfer
42. Users can use the form of bank transfer to pay if this form of payment is accepted in the confirmation of TICKET REQUEST. Upon payment by bank transfer, the user will receive confirmation from the bank about the transfer. Confirmation from this bank does not mean that VietAIR has received the money and does not mean that the contract has been signed.
Payment in cash
43. Users can pay cash at the offices of VietAIR air ticket agents. Users can also pay by paying cash directly at banks where VietAIR ticket agents have accounts. In case of using the bank's service, the user may have to pay transaction fees as prescribed by each bank
Cancel the booking request
44. The user can cancel the REQUEST FOR TICKET BOOK before the ticket has been issued by contacting the agent of VietAIR ticket office during business hours. The user does not have to pay if canceling the REQUEST FOR TICKET BOOK before the ticket is issued. VietAIR may cancel the user's TICKET REQUEST within 24 hours of receiving the TICKET REQUEST and notify the User by email.
EXPRESS PURCHASE (EXPRESS PURCHASE): means the user through VietAIR website or VietAIR ticket agent to buy tickets with low-cost airline (LCC) or traditional airline and make payment to receive tickets at the time of ticket purchase.
1. In case VietAIR offers this option, Users can make payment and issue tickets right on LCC or traditional airlines without going through steps to ORDER or REQUEST TICKET and pay later.
2. In order to make a FAST PURCHASE, it is possible that the User will be charged with a FAST BUYING Service fee (Quick Purchase Fee) paid to VietAIR. This fee may vary from case to case and will be notified in detail to the User before the user decides to make a FAST BUY.
3. Users can make a FAST BUYER on traditional airlines or LCCs by:
a. Through VietAIR website. Accordingly the user can choose the flights according to the criteria of the user.
b. Through telephone exchange with staff of VietAIR air ticket agent. Accordingly, flights will be selected by employees according to the criteria provided by the user.
c. Through direct exchange at VietAIR air ticket agency.
4. By FAST PURCHASE, Users agree to agree with the contents of the Terms of Use and the conditions of the airlines, the LCC that the user signs the transport contract.
5. In order to make a quick purchase, the user should provide the following information to VietAIR website or to VietAIR ticket agent agents:
a. Personal information of users. In particular, information about the Full Name, Email, Phone Number of the User and the person whose name is on the ticket.

12. In the FAST BUYING confirmation, VietAIR sends a link to the website, where the user can read the terms of use. By paying, the user confirms that the user has understood and approved the terms of use.

1. Users may purchase air tickets in the form of BOOKING, REQUEST FOR TICKET OR QUICK BUY for the User itself or a third party when:
a. Users have the capacity to carry out and take responsibility for their acts;
b. Users provide real information about individuals or passengers (third parties);
c. Users or passengers have full legal documents for travel;
d. Users use a credit card, which the user is the owner or has the owner's permission to make the payment of the ticket. Users understand that the use of fake or stolen credit cards is a violation of the Criminal Code;
2. VietAIR performs the ticket issuance after receiving all payments from users during working hours and in accordance with the provisions of the terms of use.
