On Monday: Welcome to Hanoi - the capital of Vietnam and start your tour with us! Meet your tour leader and check in to your hotel at 2:00 pm before exploring this beautiful city with your tour guide.

Overnight in Hanoi. 

Accommodation will be arranged close to the Chabad Center in Hanoi upon your request.

DAY 02: HANOI CITY TOUR (B/-/-)

On Tuesday: Take a half day trip to visit Duong Lam ancient village: Duong Lam Ancient Village has a history of about 1200 years with many houses dating back up to 400 years and well-known for its surviving literate brick houses, built three to four centuries ago. Literate is red clay formed from weath ered basalt found in northern Vietnam. It is also famous nationwide as “the hometown of two kings”.

DAY 03: HANOI – NINH BINH – HANOI (B/-/-)

On Wednesday: After breakfast, driver and guide pick you up at your hotel in Old Quater, departure for Hoa Lu - Tam Coc, enjoying the beautiful sceneries of the rural areas on the way.
After arriving in Ninh Binh province, the guide takes you to visit Hoa Lu - the Ancient Royal capital of Viet Nam. We will visit Dinh king temple and Le king temple, in the 10th century, finding out the heroic histories of this two Kings in Chinese Wars. After that, we go to Tam Coc (10 km far from Hoa Lu).

You will get on bamboo boat - rowed by the local people - in Hoang Long River to visit Tam Coc (three caves) on the way. You pass through three enormous caves that provide a brief respite from the intense summer sun. It takes approximately two hours to go up and down the river and along the way, you witness local fisherfolk, village life along the river and, of course, the striking limestone karst formations that Tam Coc is famous for. Take the car come back Ha Noi.

DAY 04: HANOI - TU LE (B/-/-)

Distance: ~ 270km, ~ 5-hour drive (depending on traffic)

Hiking: ~ 2-3 hours

On Thursday: After breakfast departs from Hanoi to Yen Bai province. Visit Nghia Lo town - Around 2-3pm, arrive Tu Le town, you will walk around the rice fields, spring and villages, explore the life, the house, the culture…of Thai and Mong people.Ups on your health and time, we will go farther, through Nam Co – Nam Pang to homestay in Bung Som village, around 10km in 3,5hrs. Or shorter route 6-7 km in 2hrs. You will follow the rice field, narrow muddy local path, cross the stream. If you want, you can join to swim with children in the stream. The Hiking road is quite flat, not too much difficult, but cross the field and stream is one of interesting activity. 

Around 2-3pm, arrive Tu Le town, you will walk around the rice fields, spring and villages, explore the life, the house, the culture…of Thai and Mong people. DAY 05: TU LE – MU CANG CHAI – SAPA (B/-/-)

Distance: ~ 180km, ~ 4-hour drive (depending on traffic).

On Friday: After breakfast, depart from Tu Le by moving on Khau Pha Pass (one of the top 4 passes in North of Vietnam to enjoy the fantastic scenery) to Mu Cang Chai. You will stop at La Pan Tan and Che Cu Nha Villages which having the best scenery about terrace fields.

Arrive Mu Cang Chai, visit the rural town and admire the beautiful terraces.

After visit Mu Cang Chai we depart to Sapa.

DAY 06: WALKING DAY TOUR IN SAPA (B/-/-)

On Saturday: Start your amazing hiking day to the most impressive areas of Sapa. Walking from hotel to Y Linh Ho Village of Black Hmong people from here, hike along small paths down the valley to the Muong Hoa River to visit the Black H’mong village in Lao Chai. Continue to Ta Van Village (1.2 km) to visit Zay hill tribe people.The Zay houses are built of wood and bamboo with a clay floor. Return to Sapa and then free at your leisure.

On Monday & Tuesday: Spend next 2 days in Halong Bay, a Natural World Heritage and check-in our private overnight boat. Enjoy a trip on Halong with stops to visit caves or to swim and enjoy the sunset on the sea. Dinner with fresh seafood! You can be served dinner anywhere on your cruise as per your request. 

Next day, you may guess stunning sunrise over the islets of the bay. The boat will take us to go about marvelous areas before heading to Hanoi Airport for your flight to Danang.

On Wednesday: After breakfast, visit Hoi An town, recognized by UNESCO in 1999 as a World Heritage site because of its unusually well-preserved ancient streets and homes: Japanese Bridge, a Sino-Vietnamese - Japanese merchant house, the Chinese Fujian Temple, Hoi An central market, Museum of History and Culture, Hoi An Handicraft Workshop.

Free in the afternoon.

DAY 11: HOIAN – BANA HILL – FLIGHT TO SAIGON (B/-/-)

On Thursday: After breakfast, leave Hoi An to visit Bana Hill .Upon arrival Bana Hill we take Cable Car which gains 5 world scores to Ba Na hills station. Stop at By Night station to visit Vong Nguyet hills, Linh Ung pagoda, The Old Villas of French. Continue moving up by cable car to the Nui Chua Mountain – the top of Ba Na range, visiting Nghinh Phong top, Le Nim Villas, Orchid Garden… Experience hill climbing train (first and unique funicular in Vietnam) and visit an old French cellar (Debay Ancient Wine Cellar), flower garden Le Jardin D’amour and Linh Ung Pagoda.

Continue to visit Marble Mountain, which is a complex of 5 mountains, you could experience going inside the mountain, get information about history, take pictures and explore the mountain.

Back to the airport and take flight to Saigon.

DAY 12: SAIGON – CU CHI – SAIGON (B/-/-)

On Friday: After breakfast, visitors depart to visit Cu Chi Tunnels, which is an underground defense system built by Viet Minh resistance officials from 1946 - 1948. The tunnel system includes clinics, rooms, kitchens, storage, and office. Length of about 250km, here is the Vietnam soldier’s battle base in the resistant American period. Have a short walk into the jungle to visit the traps, the secret entrance, the bunkers, and the underground hideouts. Go back to Saigon after Cu Chi excursion.

On Sunday: Travel to the Mekong Delta to take a boat ride and float down the Mekong River. Row a sampan through the channels, you can learn more about the local life and sample freshly harvested tropical fruits. You will head to Can Tho about midday for overnight.
