“My experience with Asia Mystika started with my attempt to contact Asia Mystika for a quote on their excursions. Billy was my contact person, he was very polite and responded quickly to my requests and questions. Out of the three different travel agencies I have contacted, Billy was the only one that followed-up - which was great but I was also concerned if the account is a spam or scam haha.
All turned out well, this company is legit and when we reached Da Nang Vietnam, we were picked up by our travel guide, The. He was knowledgeable with the geographic of Da Nang and Hoi An, which was great since we knew nothing of.
The attractions were exhausted with a lot of walking, but all was worth it...
The only thing we semi-disliked was the last day in Hoi An, when the trip was for us to 'roam free' for a day, I didn't know that our travel guided ended the day prior. That threw us off guard, but we adapted to it. I think there was a misunderstanding at the end from the itinerary but Billy managed to work it out for us.
Overall, the experiences was great, guide was great, the sightseeing was amazing! There's of course can be some improvements, but nothing major.
Would definitely recommend Asia Mystika to my friends and families when they plan their next travel to Asia!”
