How do I know that my booking is confirmed?
You will receive a booking confirmation after you have successfully made a booking. Please note that this is not the same as your electronic ticket (e-ticket) which allows you to board the plane.
Once your payment has been confirmed, your ticket will be issued and you will be emailed your e-ticket from VietAIR. Your e-ticket is the final confirmation of your booking that allows you to board the airplane.
